Matthew is an Autistic teacher, researcher, and father of six. With lived experience of Autism and ADHD, he brings a deeply empathetic, neuroaffirming approach to flexible thinking, emotional regulation, and interest‑led learning. He leads Curly Words and provides direct support to children and families across Queensland.

Emma has over a decade of experience as a special‑school educator and disability support worker, supporting a wide range of physical, intellectual, neurodevelopmental and psychosocial disabilities. Her practice is grounded in empathy and informed by lived experience of neurodiversity. Emma creates safe, validating learning environments where every child can participate and grow.

Emily was one of the first parents to navigate the NDIS with her eldest child, Estelle. After years of plan building and negotiation, she now supports families to demystify the process and get real value from their plans. Emily’s guidance blends practical know‑how with calm, compassionate advocacy.
